New RSHA-PIN Registration

Rajasthan State Handball Association- Personal Identification Number (RSHA-PIN), an annual membership allows a player to compete in HAI and RSHA sanctioned events and activities.

RSHA PIN will be issued and approved to the domicile of the Rajasthan state only. The annual registration fee for players will be Rs. 250, and the account will be valid till 31st March 2026. Existing RSHA PIN holders should renew their account between 1st April to 30 June, the annual renewal fee will be Rs. 200

The registration fee for referees & coaches will be Rs. 300, officials, etc. so all are encouraged to register with RSHA for RSHA-PIN.
